Submission Form Panel

All submission form panels display the Table of Contents menu, and your RL6 administrator may also choose to show the Status and Timer, described in the table below:

Panel Item	Sample Image	Description
Table of Contents		Provides links to the different sections of the submission form. Clicking the ADR Details link, for example, will take you to the third section in this form.
Status		Shows you how many of the form’s fields have been completed. The first line shows the total number of fields. More importantly, the second line shows how many mandatory fields have been completed. In order to submit the file, all mandatory fields must be completed.
Timer		Displays the length of time that the file has been open during its creation. If the file is saved as an incomplete file, the timer resumes the next time the file is opened. This helps managers and administrator design better forms; when the average submit time is too high, for example, a simpler form may be implemented.
